一、项目介绍Project Overview:
“新汉学计划”博士项目是由中国教育部中外语言交流合作中心（简称“语合中心”）支持的重点项目之一,包括“来华攻读博士学位项目”和“中外合作培养博士项目”。自2013年设立以来，该项目已培养八百余名优秀青年汉学家。博士生预选营为有意来华攻读博士学位的国际学生提供短期研修课程，面向具有一定学术潜力且有志于从事汉学及中国研究的外籍青年学者，为其申请“新汉学计划”博士项目、从事学术研究给予在语言文化知识、学术研究能力与项目申报流程等方面的指导，结识志同道合伙伴。
The “China Studies Program” (CSP) for doctoral students is one of the key programs supported by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (shortened as CLEC), including the “PhD in China Fellowship” and the “Joint Research PhD Fellowship”, has supported more than 800 outstanding young scholars from overseas to pursue their doctoral degrees or conduct academic research during their doctoral studies in China since its establishment in 2013. The Aspiring Doctoral Students Camp is a short-term training program. It is designed for young foreign scholars who have strong academic potential and are interested in sinology and China studies. It will help them make full preparation in the fields of language, culture and academic research, familiarize themselves with the research field, plan their academic development path, and meet like-minded peers.
北京语言大学是中国唯一一所以对来华留学生进行汉语、中华文化教育为主要任务的国际型大学，素有“小联合国”之称。从事汉语国际教育和中华文化教育历史最长，规模最大，师资力量最雄厚，且具备先进的线上课程技术加持，能够为项目顺利开展提供学术与技术支撑。迄今为止，学校已经为世界上189个国家和地区培养了近30万名晓中文、熟悉中华文化的国际友好人才。
Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) is a national key university featuring international Chinese language education in China. It is thereby known as the “Mini-United Nations”. It has the longest history and largest scale in Chinese international education and Chinese culture teaching, the most professional teachers and most advanced technologies for online courses. The academic and technical support will ensure the success of this program. Up till now, BLCU has trained almost 300,000 foreign students who are proficient in Chinese and familiar with Chinese culture from more than 189 countries and regions.

Knowing & Paving the Way to China Studies with Chinese Language-Language Studies Training Program
三、项目特色Project Features
本次预选营计划按照专业方向将学员分成国际中文教育、语言学研究、翻译学三组。
The camp will divide members into three groups: Chinese International Education, Linguistics and Translatology.
1.专题讲座：通过介绍研究领域前沿动态，启发学员思考、指导学员研究、观察学员讨论，记录学员表现。
Academic Lectures: seminars on different topics to promote students reflection, guide research, observe students’ discussions, and record their performance.
2.学术指导：教授学员如何制定研究计划、如何撰写博士论文、如何收集学术资源
Academic Counseling: Students are trained to develop a research plan, write a doctoral dissertation, and collect academic resources.
3.在读博士对话分享：与在读“新汉学计划”博士生交流分享读博心得与申博经验
Dialogue and Sharing: exchange and share doctoral students insights and experiences in pursuing a doctoral degree.
4.成果展示：分组进行学术成果展示
Presentations: Group presentation of the academic achievements.
5.结业报告：课程结束后2周内提交3000字结业报告
Program Reports: Students are required to submit a 3,000-word final report within 2 weeks after the course ends.
四、教学团队Faculty
教学团队由多领域知名专家教授组成，包括汉语语言学、现代汉语教学、商务汉语教学、社会语言学、翻译学等领域一线专家教授。
The faculty is consisted of famous experts and professors from diverse fields, including those leading in Chinese language studies, modern Chinese teaching, business Chinese teaching, sociolanguages, translatology.
五、项目时间Time
2023年12月14日—12月17日（Beijing Time）。
六、招生对象Application Requirements
1.非中国公民Non-Chinese Citizens
2.在读硕士及以上学历Master degree or above
3.HSK5级及以上HSK5 or above
4.对国际中文教育、语言研究、翻译学感兴趣

八、结业标准 Criteria for Completion
1.出勤率达到85%
Attendance rate above 85%
2.项目结束后两周内提交3000字结业报告
A Submission of a 3,000-word program report
3.根据学习态度、成果分享、结业报告质量评选优秀学员
The program will select excellent students according to their learning attitude, presentations, and final reports.
4.达到结业标准的学生可以获得结业证书；优秀学员还将获得“新汉学计划”博士生项目专家推荐信
Students who meet the completion standards can get a certificate of completion; outstanding students will also receive a letter of recommendation.
