Enrollment Procedure

Choose from our 26 programs of studythen check out BLCU's entry requirements to find out what you'll need in order to be admitted to BLCU.

If you decide to apply to BLCU, you have three ways to do it:

1: You can apply directly online.

2: You can turn in applications in person to the International Admissions Department.

3: You can download the application form, and after completing it, emailthe application materials to the Admission Office for Foreign Students.


After receiving completed application materials and verifying that the applicant meets the requirements for study, the Admission Office for Foreign Students  will begin enrollment procedures. Approximately two weeks later, the office will mail the Notice of Admissions and Student Visa Application Form (JW202 Form) to the address given by the applicant in their application.

Accepted students need the Letter of Admission and the JW202 Visa Application Form to apply for a visa at Chinese embassy or consulate of the country they are currently in.

Accepted students must register at the time and place specified on the Letter of Admission.
